1. Global Shipping We proudly ship to customers across the globe. All items are crafted in our Shanghai production facility and dispatched via trusted international carriers.

- Standard orders require 5–7 business days to process.
- Custom and large-scale sculptures may take 15–45 business days, depending on the complexity.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard international delivery takes 7–15 business days.
- Remote locations or international customs processes may delay delivery.
4. Shipping Fees Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination. For custom orders, we will confirm shipping charges with you during the quotation process.
5. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your package in real-time.
